My team at Warner Music Group had a large part in supporting sales and licensing teams with their daily tools that needed to work across all artists and different campaigns. As Art Director, I set up design standards and systems that allowed for efficiency and flexibility in order to accomplish this for our teams. Of course, plenty of cases called for original one-off designs that allowed us to go outside of our standardized templates and cater to the individual market.
